Iced coconut coffee

I had to use up an opened can of coconut milk today, so I came up with this iced coffee variation. It tasted great!

 

 

Ingredients (makes 2 glasses):

1 normal sized mug coffee (cooled down)

2 tablespoons coconut cream

1 teaspoon maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder

8 ice cubes

 

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture in the glasses and serve while cold. The coconut cream will separate and come to the top, making it look like a thick layer of foam. Enjoy!
