Self experiment: 30 days vegan

I have decided to try a vegan diet for 30 days as a self experiment. Because veganism is becoming more and more popular and is said to have some benefits, I wanted to find out how difficult the switch to a vegan diet is, what kind of an impact it has on social situations like going to restaurants or being invited to dinner, and if I feel any different after eating only plant-based foods for a month. After the 30 days, I will share a post about the experiment, about the difficulties and the benefits that I experienced, and about whether or not I would consider staying on a vegan diet longterm. Until then, I will keep posting recipes, fitness advice and workouts as usual!
