Matcha chai protein “chocolate” bark

If you like matcha, chai flavour and chocolate, and if you would like to try something a little experimental, this “chocolate” bark recipe is for you! The warm chai flavour adds depth to the fresh flavour of the matcha which makes this the perfect treat to enjoy with a warm cup of tea by the fireplace.

Ingredients:

100g culinary cocoa butter

1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder (SWEETENED)

1 teaspoon matcha powder

1/4 teaspoon chai spiceย (get the recipe here!)

 

Instructions:

Melt the cocoa butter in a hot water bath. Then, add the other ingredients and mix well, until no clumps remain. Pour the mixture into silicone forms of your choice and put into the fridge until it hardens. Enjoy!
