Yin yoga will be offered at 10:00am-11:00am in the St. Croix Room starting Sept. 2 through Sept. 30. Taught by Kim Winter, RYT 200, the five sessions are $65 and sign-up is at the Fitness Club desk. No yoga/yin yoga experience required!

It's WWW.FIT, a total-body strength workout designed just for women, on Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:05pm and Boot Camp, high intensity circuit training including resistance and cardio exercises, on Tuesdays at 12:05pm.
