Get started on a regular weight-training routine! This 8-session series starts Dec. 3 and ends on Dec. 19, and there are two time slots available: 9:00am and 9:30am. Cost is $136 and Club membership is not required!
How important is weight training for weight loss? Muscle burns more calories than fat, even when you're at rest. So when you skip the weight room, you lose out on the ultimate flab-melter!
Women, you won't "bulk up" when you lift weights! Your lower testosterone levels prevent that. But you will increase bone density, an important factor in warding off osteoporosis.
The 30-minute sessions are led by a certified personal trainer in our private training studio. Class size is limited to 5 people to ensure proper form and personal attention. All fitness levels welcome!

Geared for girls ages 14 and up, you'll stretch, lift weights and do cardio. You'll also learn ten healthy habits to stay fit for life.
