- Teen Girls: A Fitness Program Just For You!
Geared for girls ages 14 and up, you'll stretch, lift weights and do cardio. You'll also learn ten healthy habits to stay fit for life.
It's fun and we welcome all fitness levels, especially beginning exercisers. There's member and non-member pricing; see Teen Group Training rates for particulars. Bring a friend and train together!

- Meditation Series Starts Oct. 7
Discover the benefits of meditation in this 5-week series, which meets Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm-8:00pm beginning Oct. 7 through November 4. Participants learn about the Yogic style of meditation and techniques to help you focus and find calmness.
The series is taught by Suzanne Howard, Yoga instructor at Stillwater Fitness and massage therapist at Just For Me. A different meditation practice or technique is introduced at each class meeting, gradually building to a silent 30-minute meditation.
The series meets in our new St. Croix Room. Sign up at the Fitness Club desk. Please bring a yoga mat, small blanket or large beach towel and a firm pillow or meditation cushion. The cost for the 5-week series is $65.

- Try Morning Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is offered at 10:00am-11:00am in the St. Croix Room on Tuesdays through Sept. 30. It's taught by Kim Winter, RYT 200, and the drop-in rate is $20/class. No yoga/yin yoga experience required!
